Two-hour Segway tour to discover the flamingo oasis

Our Segway tour will take you to discover Cagliari’s Natural Park, a green oasis perfectly integrated into the city and home to flamingos.
Departing from the Port of Cagliari, the tour will follow the new cycle path along the Palafitta canal to the Park.
From here, we will immerse ourselves in history by admiring what remains of the old Salt City, which for centuries characterised the economy of the area; finally, we will dive into a nature trail during which it will not be difficult to meet the splendid pink flamingos.
The Park, perfectly inserted within the urban area, is made exceptional by the presence of fresh and salt water basins that are home to plant and animal species of rare beauty, including the splendid flamingos.
Created in 1999, its objective is to protect and enhance a site of international interest that has been listed in the Ramsar Convention since 1977 for its importance as a resting, wintering and nesting site for numerous species of water birds.
